The journey of a thousand miles starts with a single step, and in our case, that’s the initial consultation with one of our coaches. You’ll discuss your goals and your current status, and you will walk away with a personalized road map for your journey to home ownership.

The Road Map

As you work through your very own road map for your journey, one of our coaches will be at your side to answer questions, provide additional guidance and to serve as your cheerleader. We know this journey can be tough – and we will be right there with you no matter how long it takes!

Buying Your First Home

Once you are ready to get started, you will explore the special loan products we can access with one of our lenders to find your best option. Then you’ll be matched with one of our agents to go see homes, plot strategy to get what you want and walk through the whole process to get your keys. Buying your first home

Down Payment Grants

In 2024, we will begin creating an endowed fund that allows us to offer down payment grants to individuals, couples or families that just need a little extra help to get their journey home started. As the fund grows, we will be able to offer more grants every year, so stay tuned for more information on how you can help us get it going!
